An absolutely miserable experience. The wait time was extreme. The office was filthy. I was initially called into a room where they attempted to give me a procedure meant for another patient. The next room I was brought into had urine samples stacked in the open.

Staff seemed borderline incompetent and rude. Dr. Gluck was an hour late, saw me for 2 minutes, wrote me a random prescription, and ran out of the room as I was asking questions. No follow-ups, and I had no idea what to do after.

Unscrupulous and ineffective is the most concise way I can describe Dr. Himansh Khanna after months of seeing him for an ongoing issue that never got resolved by him. As it’s been described elsewhere I also suspect he runs unnecessary tests/procedures to bill insurance. And yes he seems nice and warm and attentive in his bedside manner but I found that this is what disarmed and distracted me from the red flags regarding him and his office. I would have listened to the other reviews like mine warning to avoid him at all costs... read more

Robert Gluck is the worst urologist you could possibly think of. Terrible manners, worst handling, inefficient, inattentive and refused to give the help I came for, offering his own technique rather than established practices. I will be suing him in a court of law.

Do not go to this office. I started seeing Dr. Khanna about 5 months ago. To begin with you will wait on average 1 and a half to 3 hours in the waiting room before being seen. One day, which I took off work for, I get to the office and was told the doctor was not in. It takes me an hour and a half to get there, then the same to get back. I had gotten an automated message reminding me of the visit just the day before, which they said they couldn't stop. Dr. Khanna seemed nice but right away very overwhelmed. He had some in of... read more

Business response:

All office procedures always require a signed by you and other patients explaining details of the procedure and the risks, benefits, and alternatives. All questions are always answered. If you are confused or there is a language barrier we offer translation and other counseling services to help explain further details. Our answering service is also on 24 hrs , 7days a week for questions. Certain chronic conditions require continued follow up care which can be frustrating for that patient.

A total rip off Charged me for examinations he never explained or told me there were fees. Went in for minor routine check and 2 weeks later billed me $1600 STAY AWAY

Business response:

The cost to you is determined entirely by the insurance you have selected. What I bill is instructed by your insurance to me. Your insurance recommends that the patient (not the physician) call the insurance to obtain the cost of the exams if the patient has an interest in the cost. The physician does not have exam cost information. I can only provide the name and code of the exams I recommend.

Run away if your life and health are important to you!!! After many tests ( in office), appointments and huge cost-payments so called doctor told me I’m perfectly healthy, even though my initial symptoms were right there. He told me to come back in 3 month to get checked again... Thanks G-d, I had enough smartness to go to another dr, and then the third one - only to hear from first check up - no test!!! that I need a surgery! Himansh Khanna Is Unprofessional, ignorant and careless person.

I was told I needed to pay $1000 before having a foley catheter removed. This was while I waited for 2.5 hours in pain with a backed up, leaking Foley bag. This is an office that accepts my insurance, and after I had paid my co-pay. I was in shock, never had I been told I needed to pay for services upfront, while I was in great pain. The office is very crowded and your appointment time seems irrelevant, I waited well over 2 hours to be seen at all.

Good doctor, but hard to reach, and get appointments with. And the office staff is simply horrible: rude, lazy, inattentive. Further, the wait times are over an hour long, in an overcrowded, not-very-clean space. So, any visit to the doctor becomes like a visit to the DMV.
