My son has been a patient here for around 14 years but now is being forced to find another practice. He’s home from college for the summer but the office says they are booked until November. ZERO cleaning appointments for 6 months?! The first time I tried to call and schedule, I was told they were booked but to call back to see if there were cancellations. I just called for the 3rd week in a row and still nothing. We’ve always loved Dr Jump but apparently can no longer see him.

I have been a patient with Moundbuilders General Dentistry since the age of 12, and I do not like the direction this office has went. The office staff do not appear genuine. I mean, of course everyone smiles and presents the quote end quote "customer satisfaction guaranteed" idiom, but feeling pressured to purchase a service through the use of scare tactics, manipulation, and lying are not conducive to client retention, and or by any means is professional.
