I work for a dental office and would never treat my patients how this office just treated my fiancé. He has been a patient there for awhile as well as his family members and was scheduled for a cleaning back in January. Called on Monday to make an appointment for a broken tooth, the soonest they could see me was Friday. They kept saying "do this or we'll cancel your appointment" to the point where I was a bit off put. Now here we are on Thursday, I've done everything they asked of me and she says "I just spoke to the Doctor, seeing you are in pain she would like to see you earlier in the day. Really need to get their schedule on track and stop canceling and rescheduling... very unprofessional for appointments to be rescheduled the week before after have it scheduled for months... ( not the first time this has happened, pandemic or not )
