The staff and Dr. Smalley were wonderful. They explained everything and answered every question I had. After the surgery Dr. Smalley went out and talked to my husband and told him how everything went. He even calls his patients and checks on them! I've been to several dentist and oral surgeons and none of them compare to Dr. Smalley and his staff!
Y’all. We went here the other day for my husband’s surgery, and we were blown away. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The staff was amazing. The biggest thing that blew our mind was Dr. Smalley. I have never met a doctor that was so patient and educational. He explained everything and answered any questions we had. He even called today and checked in with my husband. Could not recommend them more!!
I have severe anxiety & was absolutely terrified to even call let alone go to my appointment but once I did I immediately felt at ease. The entire staff from the front desk to the X-ray tech, nurses, & doctor are all incredibly professional & treat you with so much kindness. I had a broken tooth (that was causing nerve pain in my face) that needed surgically extracted & Dr. Smalley went over my options with me. Dr. Smalley is wonderful! He took my son’s wisdom teeth and you would have never known it! My son had NO bruising and almost NO pain. He called to check on him after the procedure. AND HE’S LOCAL! We highly recommend Dr. Smalley!
Dr. Smalley and his staff were amazing. He talked to me like he knew me for years. He made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. I did not have to sit and wait for a long time either. I highly recommend this office. Dr. Smalley himself called and checked on me and explained things that I was asleep on. Not a nurse the doctor himself. That went a long ways with me. We need more doctors like Dr. Will Smalley. Made a scarey situation a true breeze.
Dr. Smalley and the whole staff was very personable and accommodating to my quick need of a procedure.He really cared and listened to every detail.He also called to check up on me the day after himself.It is very rare you find this type of care nowdays.I highly recommend!
