Dr. Korngold and his excellent staff make going to the dentist a pleasure. He provides quality care with a gentle touch. He and his office staff are efficient and friendly.

Negligible management. Dr Michael Korngold is more interested in collecting upfront payment before checking to see if insurance covers cost,which in my case it did. I was asked for $1000, which I refused to pay asking Vida, the financial person to call & verify coverage with my insurance. She complained saying it could take too long. A month has elapsed with no return call, after Dr Korngold warned me to not wait too long. I called today & was put on hold for 10 minutes which I documented with screenshot, I was disconnected.... read more

saw me last year i told him i have a decay, he said he does not see that , said come back later, they canceled my appointment a couple of time now he said he had written on his report card that it a big decay may need a root canal, he said to come back next month, i said fix it today, he billed the insurance and did nothing , said wait another month, result will the same, refused to email me the Xray

Will not fix a simple filling, charges insurance for the first visit and does nothing. Pretends it's too difficult, but takes unnecessary x-rays to rack up the money from insurance. Regular insurance milking scheme.

OMG the wait time is absolutely ridiculous 2+ hours justfor a consultation visit- the receptionist are so nasty & unprofessional. they definitely need to get a office manager who can manage their scheduling. consultation visits that take no more than 5min shouldn't be waiting 2+hrs. this is 2020 people- come on

Dr Korngold is one of the worse dentist I have come across. He spends as little time as possible with his clients. I find him a little rude and has no bed side manner. After he gets your ex-ray report he gives you all the bad news, then tell me " I'm just the messager.) His staff (girls at front desk) are rude and very unprofessional. His office is in bad need of an update. Ms. Glickman

Horrible. I couldn't get an emergency appointment for 3 weeks. He has 0 bedside manner. He's wasn't helpful at all and sent me back to my dentist, who steered me wrong and said hash it out with him. Idk. I left crying, with no answers

The wait is long. They do not value their patients time. I have no idea why they make appointments.
