Always a good experience. The staff and the facility are awesome.
McDental is all about the money. We have had several tooth repairs that haven't lasted beyond 6 months and the office requires you to pay again to fix. Also had a horrific experience with their "orthodontic treatment", 6 to 10 months treatment turned into 20 months without total resolve. I got fed up and moved on...happily! You live and learn.
Very very awful business. Received a bill for 70 dollars because my children were sick and I had to cancel their appt. When I called the office they said well if you reschedule we will omit this 70 dollars. No way on earth I will bring my children back to mcdental! Very shady shady business. In it for the money. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
