Excellent customer service right at the reception. You feel at home even before the available staff attends to you. Besides, they have excellent technology in diagnosing dental problems and they treat you with utmost care and the best medication. I will highly recommend anyone with dental problems to this company.
After years of searching, I finally found my dentist! Extremely attentive and a great professional. It helped me to better understand my situation and presented options for conducting my case, at no time did he impose x or y treatment, on the contrary, he showed the pros and cons of options and gave me the power of choice based on his advice... Strongly recommend, is a flawless and extremely specialized professionals. Grade A.
After reading Dr. Mark Lorber, DDS reviews I was eager to come in for a consultation. I have been searching for a good dentist that is affordable. First thing that impressed me was that the first exam was free, so I was able to know exactly what I needed done and not pay anything. Second was the doctors kindness, very much she made me comfortable and in good hands.

Dr. Lorber is very hands on and committed to assisting with your questions and overall comfort. My experience with this dentist has been phenomenal. All of my questions have been answered and my dentist Dr. Lorber addresses all of my concerns. The dental care I've received from Dr. Lorber has left me beyond satisfied. I've had dentists in the past that show a lack of interest in the patients and are only focused on the dental work itself, which gives the patient a mediocre experience every time. At Maspeth Dental, it has been very refreshing. Dr. Lorber is passionate about what he does and doesn't just blow you off or dismiss your questions and concerns without thoroughly addressing them first!
Took my 2 kids to the dentist yesterday. Such a pleasant experience. Dr Mark and staff were absolutely terrific. Crystal at the front desk was great. All 3 of us had a checkup and cleaning. I need to go back for addition work which is not an issue. We all felt so comfortable with him. He was knowledgeable and explained everything. My kids felt right at home. Thank you
