The receptionist is hard of hearing. I have to repeat my name louder 3 times before she can hear me. She is never friendly, in person, or over the phone. She lights a candle in the office that smells up the entire building. I am very sensitive to smells and get migraines easily from it. She gives me a look when i ask her to turn the candle out. I recently had a temporary crown put on and it didn't stay on more than 2 days. Have to go back to get it on.
