A false front tooth broke off of my permanent retainer the night before leaving for vacation and even though I haven't been a regular orthodontic patient for years and years, Dr. Longo met me at his office on a Saturday night for an emergency repair. So thankful he took the time to meet with me!
We've always received excellent care for our son - first with his braces and now retainers. Everyone is so nice at this office and always willing to work with us in regards to appointments. I would definitely recommend!
We have had a great experience so far. This past weekend a spring came loose and Dr Dietz responded very quickly and sent photos to show me how to fix it. My daughter needed some more extensive work on a few teeth and she was always comfortable with Dr Dietz. Last summer we had a different issue when the office was closed before our vacation and Dr Longo came in quickly to help us out. All of the staff have been great as well.
Longo and his staff are just great. I don’t know how to put it into words how grateful I am to be going back to them. Whether you are a new patient, an old patient who hasn’t been back in a while or a new patient through a family member they will treat you like family and give you a warm welcome when you walk through the doors. They are so friendly their the whole staff. My son was super scared but they made it easy quick and Simple. We just started our journey here and I’m excited we picked the right place
We had our first visit to the office today. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They made my son feel so comfortable. It was obvious they knew how to effectively do their job in the easiest way possible. We will be preparing to bring our next child in there soon.
