I never had any problems or issues with anyone there. It is a clinic and I understand that. On my first visit before any work was done, I asked how much I had to pay, I was told, "We don't want your money." Went back the other day for my teeth cleaning and had no issues with the staff or the cleanliness. I have never had to pay any money out of pocket.
