I went to Dr. Kriet to have a broken tooth removed and his staff insisted on putting a bridge in. I never had any pain at all prior to having my tooth pulled but during the procedure the "dentist" lost grip on my bottom tooth and hit my top teeth very hard. Since that day I have been in extreme pain EVERY SINGLE DAY. My bottom and top teeth hurt constantly, along with an ear ache. I complained about their dangerously packed waiting room and the lady was snotty and rude and told me “ it’s a clinic that’s the chance you take” now I look them up on google and find a covid 19 alert. Not to mention they left my daughter in extreme pain and I had to threaten to report them and take her back after hours. This is a garbage number mill and they do not care about their patients or the public.
Made appointment for 8am for my daughter and still waiting to be seen an hour and half later
Called and explained situation. Was told sure come in. Got there and they didn’t even offer the service I requested
Cut down wait time and fully go over the findings during consultation. My experience was horrible I had to cancel the rest of my services. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied
I seen Dr.Dan Hguyan he’s a good Dr. highly recommended.... but who ever done my parcial i don’t like it very disappointing is not fitted good very sharp hurts so bad, i can even eat soft food i am hurting right now , i can’t wait tomorrow to re adjust....sharp parcial ugly parcial i been seen in my life
Fix your scheduling. I had to be in the waiting room THREE HOURS!!!!!!!!! I saw people that came in an hour to two hours after us get treated and leave. This is bull crap!!
Wait time is ridiculous ,over 3 1/2 hours for a simple cleaning that the dental hygienist does.
