Even giving them 1 star is too much! We have been going here since my 6 year old was just a baby. They schedule appointments 3 or 4 months out and if you're a working parent, that isnt always feasible. The receptionist called to reschedule my appointment and was instantly rude on the phone, like I was an inconvenience to her! I told her that I work and scheduling an appointment 3 months out isnt going to work for me (mind you, I had to schedule my sons appointment in September during his last visit in FEBRUARY!). Honestly I do not recommend this place. We have been waiting for my daughter to have a tooth extraction and every time we go they want to do something new. Last visit we were there for an hour (she was supposed to have tooth extracted) they just gave antibiotics because it had been two months in between appointments; she developed and infection. Now, we are on a cancellation list since June 24th and now she has an abscess on her gums!!!! I’m over this place... I honestly do not know why I trusted them for so long.

The worst place I ever visited please don’t take u kids there � they even checked my daughter to see if they can u do the work and just told me to go to other place to put her sleep to do the work
So after seeing another dentist i have been informed that all of the work dr desai has done is crap. All of her crowns were placed wrong causing all of her baby teeth to be stuck, therefore her baby teeth are coming out of tje sides of her gums. Everything this place has done is wrong, and has caused my kid abscess, alot of pain, and it's been hell. Never go here! You may think its good because kids like it, but it will cause major issues in the long run!
First experience was last year and i was having trouble getting my child to see them they said he had insurance threw his father but still wouldn't take him cuz i didn't have the information on me and i wasn't really feeling like they were helping me and i had a rude little comment left in the margins of my paper work. I said "i guess it was a ghost" in pink highlighter. Cuz i was arguing he didn't have insurance. Then i Called recently to make an appointment to try again cuz there so close woman was rude.
