Professional and compassionate as usual. I have complete trust in Jill and her team.
Dr. Adams is wonderful. She's always open to answering questions I have and finding solutions that work in my situation. I was referred by a friend and very grateful to have her as my primary dentist now.
Receptionist on the phone very rude and uncaring. Was referred to them by my dentist with a preprinted card provided by Jill A Adams, DDS. This seemed to surprise them and then were only interested in whether my insurance was acceptable. Please don’t provide referral cards to area dentists if you have no intention of providing the referred services. You are wasting my time, my dentist’s time, and your own.
