I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Dr. Isaacson's dental practice and feel compelled to warn others about this establishment. I had a crown placed that has fallen off FOUR different times, which is unacceptable. When my crown fell off yet again I requested confirmation regarding how many times the crown had fallen off (four or five times), the staff claimed my chart only showed two instances.
