I recently had a dental appointment at Harlem Dental. Like most people I don’t like going to the dentist, but I know I have to go. Well my experience at Harlem dental, was a good experience. From the email, to the phone call to walking into the office all the staff was very professional and welcoming. Dr. Riodan as well as the dental hygienist was very informative. They explained everything that they were doing, and why they were doing it. I would definitely recommend Harlem dental.
First let me start off my saying: I will not let anyone touch my teeth other than Dr. Riordan and her staff! After having a terrible experience with a dentist before her I was relieved when my mother and sister referred me to her. From my initial email inquiring about an appointment until the completion of my dental work yesterday Dr. Riordan & her staff have been nothing short of amazing. I was nervous because I was overdue for a dental exam but Dr. Riordan explained everything in detail, listened to all of my concerns and really eased my anxiety. The work was done quickly and pain free and I was even able to see Jenny the hygienist right after for a deep cleaning which was not painful (a bit uncomfortable but that's expected) and quick. They're simply the best! Professional, flexible, and with an amazing bedside manner. My whole family are patients there, and my two children, spouse, and I absolutely love it at Harlem Dental Associates!
As a new patient I had such an amazing experience! From Jenny, the hygienist to the receptionist, and of course Dr. Riordan, all so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable throughout my whole appointment. They all took their time explaining every step to me, something a lot of offices lack in. I already scheduled upcoming appointments with them and I cannot wait to go back!
