I need to have a rout canal done for my teeth with a crown. The appointment is easy but a little wait at the first time due to popularity of this dental office. I took the R train to go to the dental office at 177 Livingston Street from Lower Manhattan. The trip was about 5-10 minutes. Doctor Wily did the first treatment to take off crown and clean the decayed tissues after consultation. This is a nice experience. It's hard to find friendly people in the city anymore but everyone at this office were outstanding! I had a root canal, the doctor made me feel very comfortable, they saw me for a consultation fast and just a few days later did the root canal. It was painless and he did a very good job. Each time I've been there I did wait about two hours but I'd rather wait and be treated kindly then the opposite, my advice is go there and bring a book:)
I'm always nervous to go to the dentist, but they're always gentle during cleanings and procedures!
The few times I have gone to Hanson Place Dental Associates, left me with a very positive experience. From the moment your appointment is confirmed via text and e-mail, to when you sign-in at the office everyone greats you in such a warm manner! I had no insurance/coverage issues; they would always check in advance and let me know what the options were without a hard sell tactic that I had found at other dental facilities. I just had a tooth extracted and everything went very well. The staff and Dr. Lorenzo were great.
Great experience! Very gentle cleaning. Manager explained all to me through. Place is clean.
