Excellent service
With thousands of dentists in the Greater Rochester area I would not recommend Dr. Ciccone. They put profit above clientele and lasting business and overall not a very good atmosphere. I would not recommend this practice.
It is not professional for the dentist to watch TV while working on the patient. Dr. Merkley did the crown before the root canal when it should have been the reverse, and there was always discomfort and pain. I repeatedly told him about my discomfort and he did not know what was causing it. I got a second opinion that confirmed a bad root canal infection and it had to be fixed. The crown...
