The technician who assisted Dr Wilson, took the molds for the new crown and placed the temporary crown was very nice but seemed inexperienced. She had to take each mold (inner and outer) twice and I had to request that she remove some material in my mouth that she had missed. I feel that more supervision should have been provided for her and someone should have given her work a final review...
