Warning to all PARENTS! My review echoes other 1 star reviews. They tried to upcharge me a week ago and the hygienist was visibly annoyed at my refusal. But today the same hygienist had my minor daughter sign for a $140 upcharge even after she told him she was underage. They proceeded to numb her mouth without my approval until she was able to call me and I put a stop to it! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. My last visit wasn’t a good one. My trusted hygienist passed me on to a “trainee” to perform my cleaning. It was an awful experience. This person had their hands all over my face, awkwardly, and missed flossing an entire section of my teeth. Where she did “attempt” to floss, she didn’t even fully get the floss between my teeth. My clothes were wet after I left - she couldn’t control the water sprayer despite barely giving me enough water to rinse my mouth. I expect to work with professionals, not undertrained students. Do not go here!! Staff & Christopher S Roane was very unprofessional!! Will be telling everyone about my experience and the way I was treated!!! No stars is what they deserve!!

I do and I don’t recommend this place. Dr. Roane is great dentist. However I had my teeth cleaned last week by their new Dental Hygienist Jennifer and her red headed assistant. They both did a half fast job!! And they were unprofessional! I have had my teeth cleaned plenty of times so I know when someone does a good job and they did not do a good job.
I love Dr. Waldman. However, this is the most unprofessional office I have ever visited. On my last appointment, they never let Dr. Waldman know I was there and waiting on him. I was in the chair for an hour and forty-five minutes before they started cleaning my teeth. Take my advice and run, if you are looking for a new dentist!
The receptionists can be rude.
