Great service, excellent staff - both doctors offer outstanding treatment, thoroughly explaining their proposed plans in a language I was able to understand. I'd highly recommend this practice!

If you need a periodontist, Dr Ludwig is the one to see. I have never met a Dentist as thorough as he was. Before any work was done he reviewed my medical history in depth and reached out to all my physicians. He even sent me for blood work to make sure that my gum problems were not from something medical like diabetes. I like that he treated me as a whole person and not just a mouth. I was referred to Dr. Ludwig by my dentist for a dental implant and paid thousands of dollars upfront after being given what was presented as a “treatment plan.” In reality, it functioned as a bill — full payment required before any work began. Four months later, after already paying in full, I was suddenly presented with a second treatment plan demanding substantial additional money. This was never clearly disclosed at the start. Condescending, arrogant Dr and assistant. Archaic manual system for patient records. Ignored my allergy concerns, but sticklers for the comprehensive, manual patient health history! Makes no sense. AVOID.
