I feel comfortable and am well taken care of when I have an appt.
Well, I had to wait for this appointment because it was supposed to be with Lisa. When I arrived, I was ushered into Caroline's office. I didn't appreciate the surprise switch especially since I specifically requested Lisa and had to wait a longer time to get in with her. Not that anything was wrong with Caroline but I wanted to stay with the person I started out with.
My Technician was running a little late, but other than that everything was good.
After discussing fear of dentist, the procedure was very painless
