Dr. Pruitt was very rude. My granddaughter has Medicaid. She had to have a root canal done which cost us 1,000. Went to Dr.Pruitt to have a build up done until I could afford to have tooth crowned. After telling Dr. Pruitt would not be able to have crown done right away. Which would be another 600.00. Her whole attitude changed.It has been five months and that build up has fallen out. Called to have the issue resolved, only to be told Medicaid would only pay for that once in a lifetime. It would cost me out of pocket another... read more
Dr. Pruitt needs to improve her bedside manners. A good morning or a nice smile when entering the room would be appreciated. She isn’t good with children at all!
First off the dentist lied to me stating I needed a prescription to get the 185 dollar teeth whitening system. You can purchase on Amazon for 19.99. Second the instructions are for a Venus Pro Whitening System when I was given Poloday teeth whitening syringes. Third the trays made in the office still don’t fit right wasting my time and money for the end result of same problem. I feel like the dentist could have been more honest about my options as well as done a detailed cleaning using the tool that could have gotten rid of ... read more
