I originally was drawn in due to the amazing reviews I saw of this establishment. The staff and hygienist were super friendly. But Dr Betzing, or however you spell her name is by far the most rude and terrible dentists I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was hellbent with me about getting my wisdom teeth removed, a procedure I felt was unnecessary and not needed. The dentist are fine but some hygienists are rude. I was yelled at by a hygienist for accidentally jerking back when the tool hit a very sore spot on my tooth. It’s like touching a hot stove, you’re automatically going to jerk back. I tried saying that but she continued yelling as she walked away.

After 5 visits I am still having issues with a tiny filling! I will have to make a 6th appointment as soon as they open. Needless to say I am finding a new dentist not only for myself but the rest of my family.
