I thought they were good and friendly but they had issues from the beginning with setting up our accounts. The paperwork is pretty tedious and they expect it all to be filled out before being seen AND you have to do every page for every child, nothing can be skipped even though it is the same information. Loved it great service, friendly, timely treatment.
My first visit a year ago was great. Dr. James Wilson was very nice and sat down and talked to me for a few minutes. No problems. My second visit 6 months ago was also going good until he wanted to fill one of my deep grooves to prevent a cavity. I got two filled that day and ended up having the whole left side of my face paralyzed for the next 12 hours followed by my cheek from my jawbone up to my eye socket black/blue/purple bruised for the next 5 days.
