I had another fantastic visit this morning, from checking in the ladies all look like they are having way too much fun!!! My hygienist,, Erin is the greatest! She is so kind and on point.. Dr. Williams came in and we were about to talk before he checked on me, explaining what he was doing…. I would recommend these great folks to anyone who needs a caring dentist 🦷!!

Quite easily the best dentist I have ever been to. The front desk staff is absolutely amazing. Always sweet and lovely to talk to. The doctors and hygienists are insanely good. Myself and my children go here and I cannot recommend it more. Especially amazing if you normally have a fear of the dentist, or have children unsure of the dentist. Lastly, shoutout to Dr. Sipes. She has completely changed how I see and feel about the dentist. Literally the best human alive.
Very pleased with my new dentist Dr Williams and Merna, great experience with Merna my dental hygienist I can only give them a 5 for a job well done.
Both my 17 mos old and I had an amazing experience with this office. 100% recommend! They’re patient and so kind. First dentist office where I’m able to voice my concerns/dislikes of the dentist and they accommodated and made sure I was comfortable as well as heard. Truly amazed! I hope we never have to leave. They also did an amazing job with my baby’s teeth as well as my own. Never felt better.
Patti made my crown experience DELIGHTFUL. Not even kidding. It was so easy and painless! Family Dental is probably the only thing about Jacksonville I enjoy 😂 but grateful to have found them and be under their care!

Everyone from front desk to dental hygienist and dentist were great knowledgeable kind especially the dental hygienist missy. Place is clean and cozy ❤️
