RecommendedQuite easily the best dentist I have ever been to. The front desk staff is absolutely amazing. Always sweet and lovely to talk to. The doctors and hygienists are insanely good. Myself and my children go here and I cannot recommend it more. Especially amazing if you normally have a fear of the dentist, or have children unsure of the dentist. Lastly, shoutout to Dr. Sipes. She has completely changed how I see and feel about the dentist. Literally the best human alive.
Very pleased with my new dentist Dr Williams and Merna, great experience with Merna my dental hygienist I can only give them a 5 for a job well done.
Both my 17 mos old and I had an amazing experience with this office. 100% recommend! They’re patient and so kind. First dentist office where I’m able to voice my concerns/dislikes of the dentist and they accommodated and made sure I was comfortable as well as heard. Truly amazed! I hope we never have to leave. They also did an amazing job with my baby’s teeth as well as my own. Never felt better.
Patti made my crown experience DELIGHTFUL. Not even kidding. It was so easy and painless! Family Dental is probably the only thing about Jacksonville I enjoy 😂 but grateful to have found them and be under their care!

Today is 23Apr24. This is my first review and third visit. At each visit I was always greeted with smiling faces at the front desk. Very cordial and very professional. Checking in was just a “nod” as facial recognition was immediate. It’s nice going to a place where only after a few visits you’re treated as family. I’ve been going to family dental for 7 years now & I absolutely love how welcoming they are. I have a huge fear of dentist & needed a lot of help because of it & they always do amazing! Both of my kids go with me now for their dental care & im thankful we found them.
Good Experience, great people I have had no problems they are adjusting my teeth with clear alignment and it’s been nothing but good. They work with your schedule if you are in the military.
