Lost my glasses months ago and have been living life blind everyday since... About time for some new ones ??
Very poor service, my glasses were ordered wrong, returned the next day, no management on duty, had to wait for the manager to approve reorder, approval given and glasses were never reordered. I waited 7 days for my original order, It's been 10 days and I Am still waiting with no glasses, but I went into check on when they would be ready just to find they were not ordered otherwise they...
It's official..... I need eye glasses!!
The service is bad, the are employer unprofessional and rude, not recommend this place poor service
By my insurance, this is the place where I suppose to go. The service is horrible, some of the employer are rude and when you come to pick up they are slowly, like if you going to made and exam. I ha te this place and I don't recommended
The place is big but unwelcoming. I came in for my sons annual eye exam but no one greeted us when we walked in and we had to wait almost an hour before we were seen by the doctor. Very disappointed. We went last year and it was way different. It looks like they renovated the place, but customer service sucks.
i have never been to a place where the people that work there are not friendly or helpful . U wait a long time rather u have an appointment or not. I would not ever go there again. they should start over and look at what they got and change things. TERRIBLE
