Today I took my daughter to a scheduled dental appointment. They called yesterday and Left a message... listened to the first few seconds.... I’m taking my daughter.... they call today at 10:57 am to confirm...I answered the lady said well I called because you didn’t call back to confirm??? So this is normal practice???? I’ve been in the medical field 21 years and this isn’t familiar to me.
