Poorly ran office. Staff is loud and has poor ethics as they are always engaged in personal conversations while doing actual dental work. Other than that their dental work is OK not the best but is ok.
the funny thing is that i can somehow guarantee that the people who wrote these reviews are still getting their teeth done at this office because they wont find a better dental office! or dentist!
The staff is horrible. The doctor is good. Wish he would change his staff. Maybe they should take some classes on etiquette.
The front desk doesn't even say hello when you walk in or ask for your name. Especially Poppy, Kelly is a little loud and always fighting with the doctor about their personal business. The doctor is constantly interupted, either his cell phone is ringing or he is talking on the phone or he is in the front yelling with his staff. I was never seen on time, always had to wait for over 45 minutes, then they would brush me off to another dentist, who I think was some kind of resident. My experience here was not a pleasant one.
