I would not recommend Downtown Dental in Bridgeport, CT. Unless you have a lot of free time, be prepared to wait an hour or more past your appointment. The front desk staff were not welcoming, and the overall environment felt unclean and had an unpleasant smell. This made the experience even more uncomfortable

This office falsely claimed to have made dentures for my mom in 2020! Dentures she never received United healthcare even previously marked this claim as fraudulent yet we’re now being told it’s considered valid. We will be suing downtown Dental and United healthcare if this isn’t solved. My dad called them and they lied to him saying that they did make dentures for my mom and that she signed for them but none of that is true.
