I had a routine cleaning at Dental Suites. They filled with my insurance, but put the wrong code in when filling the claim I come to find out after I get a text saying I have a bill to pay. I have gone to the office in person on 3 separate occasions to get this resolved with no satisfaction. The last time I went which was on 12/10/25, the office was closed, don’t know if they are shut down or what. No sign on the door with there hours or apologies for any inconvenience.

Dr Strickland ordered a $900 retainer that i never agreed to, then she tells me she will get me a night guard on her. So i pay for the retainer and she tried to charge me for the nightguard. I go to pick up night guard and she tries to charge me 650 and wont see me even though i am at her office. She then charges me 160 for a no show for the appointment despite me being there. I had a negative experience at this dental office. My wife and I scheduled cleaning appointments, but they performed full exams instead, which we did not request. This seemed like a way to increase billing, as we were charged $900 for these unwanted exams. Even more frustrating, they didn't even clean my wife's teeth because we don't have insurance, a fact they were aware of from the outset, but they did clean my teeth. BEWARE! I paid over $4500 for work done here at Dental Suite Greensboro and financed it through their recommended provider, Sunbit. They received all of their money up front for all the quoted work on the treatment plan, and once all the work was completed they decide to bill me an extra $61 and threaten to send me to collections if I didn't pay it. I was very impressed with their practice the first few times I went. I had an appointment scheduled for dental work and they called asking me to come in earlier....my schedule did not permit that on that day so they canceled my appointment on me. This did not set very well with me, seeing as how i referred several friends to this practice.

Let me start off by saying I love the receptionist Jerry. He has always went above and beyond to meet my husband and I needs. I even got 3 of my family members to transfer their dental care here. My husband and I had been patients at Omni Dental since 2017/2018. If you have something else to do the day of your dental appointment--CANCEL IT! You will be waiting in there for at least an hour, no matter what time your appointment is. The customer service from the office manager is horrible. THEY BILL YOU TWICE! Overestimate your copay and want to credit your account as opposed to billing you once they get an accurate and exact amount of what you owe. Then want to charge $25 for you to get your own records. I’m huge on supporting black businesses but this is one I do not plan on returning to. Prior to even using their services I saw a review on yelp stating that they were money hungry and I should’ve went with my gut instinct and looked for another dentist. Instead I decided to give them a try and this is what happens.

Very rude staff.....they do one thing and then completely change it when you come back.....will be finding another dentist......I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST
