The hygienist who did my deep cleaning/scaling did a very thorough and fantastic job. She kept asking if I was okay. I wish all dental offices were like Dental Concepts. They take a hands on, caring approach in your care. It is not uncommon for Dr. Isakov to personally contact you to see how you are feeling after a procedure. He takes his time and listens to all your concerns. He doesn't shame you, talk down to you or make you feel judged to rush you into a decision. Dr. Isakov removed all four of my wisdom teeth in a very efficient manner, he listened to my problem, gave me the best option and executed it with no pain at all. After the operation he sent me a personal message to make sure if everything was okay and if I had any questions. Overall best service I’ve ever had from any dentist. Highly recommend.

Amazing atmosphere. Dr. Isakov and his staff are extremely attentive and they care a lot about their patients. They walked me through the entire process and we extremely accommodating. What should have been a tedious process was easy. Highly recommend!!!

Finally!!!! Took me years to find an amazing dentist and I finally found Dr Arthur Isakov. As soon as I came in I was greeted with smiles, the staff is super nice and friendly ( always a plus when going to any office). I went in for a checkup ( I'm scared of dentists normally) but felt very comfortable. My nerves were put at ease. I've been to many dentists trying to find one that I really liked and I am truly glad that I found Dr. Isakov. Everything from making the appointment, to getting greeted the second I walked in the door. He took the time to show me my x-rays and explained everything in complete detail in a way that made sense to me. I never felt rushed or felt like I couldn't ask him questions.
