I second the comments my wife made about Dr. Koo and his staff. I will also add my recent experience of having my first crown done was surprisingly pleasant. Dr. Koo and the assistant repeatedly asked me if I was comfortable including offering me the opportunity to turn on the chair massage function. How many people can confidently say they like going to the dentist? Well I can!! I’ve been a patient of Dr Koo for years. Dr Koo and his team are top notch. The office is immaculate. They continue to practice COVID 19 precautions. When I need more than typical hygiene, Dr Koo and the staff explain to me what’s going on and how long I can expect to be there. Excellent care, very attentive, kind and gentle!
We moved and needed a new dentist. What a pleasure to deal with Dr. Koo and all the office staff. Courteous and kind over the phone and in person. Easy to fill out forms via email so no need to spend time filling in forms at the office. Consultation was honest and informative, cleaning was painless and easy. Everyone was so nice! We were thrilled with our first experience here.
The office staff are truly professional. The office has been exceptional during the pandemic not only by following guidelines but going beyond. Dr. Koo is an excellent dentist, careful and concerned with ones health and safety.
Everything!! The office staff is courteous and makes you feel like family. Dr. Koo is the consummate professional. I hold him in high esteem and would trust him to facilitate any dental procedure that is necessary to ones oral health. I have had several crowns installed very successfully. Also we have had emergencies and Dr koo always fit us in his busy schedule.

The extremely trustworthy and competent Dr. Ehrenkranz transitioned the practice to Dr. Koo, who has since modernized the office. Their use of text & email for scheduling is so handy.
