Dr. Seidman was very careful to make sure that I did not feel pain during the procedure. He moved quickly through the filling procedure and I was done in 40 minutes (if you take away the 10 minutes that I was sitting there waiting for the novocaine to take effect, it was only 30 minutes). Likes to think he is doing the right thing, but does not consider the amount of pain and cost that patients need to go through when botches a major root canal or tough filling procedure with well meaning intent, and then tries to fix it.
He was helpful and informative. I have an insurance issue from a previous dentist and he advised me. I look forward to his professional care as my new dentist.
I absolutely love Dr. Seidman as a dentist and have probably been going to him for 13 years or so. Unfortunately, I just had a miserable experience with his front desk. My insurance changed recently and I had called to ask if they took my insurance. I was told YES, they DO take my new insurance. Then I got a surprise bill for $266 and was told my copay only covered 60%. When I reviewed my plan, I noticed this was the out-of-network rate.
