I just received a phone call from a collection agency about a service preformed in March of 2015. They said I owed 1100 dollars for the service. Would have like to known about Dr. Collette's knowledge but never got a chance to--we waited 1 hour and 35 minutes and there were still two patients ahead of us, so we left after waiting a month to get in to see him. I was referred to Dr. Traub - They answer the phone as Dr. Traub and Dr. Collette's office. Dr. Traub retired so I ended up with Dr. Collette that took over the practice. I was told to come 10 minutes early for my 45 minute appt. that started at 8am. Some staff showed up at 8 (not 7:50), dentist showed up at 8:45. I was supposed to get 4 wisdom teeth pulled. He completed 2 in about 2 hours. I have a punctured sinus cavity, a damaged nerve (it's been a month so far), I have a sharp corner of my jaw coming through my gum where... read more
