Dr Fandel and his staff have always been courteous and professional. Every office visit and phone conversation has been phenomenal. You are always greeted with a pleasant smile and the atmosphere and environment is very relaxing. This sets your mind at ease about being at the dentist office. I can tell you that you will feel right at home the minute you open the front door! Dr. Fandel, and his beautiful caring staff of women make you feel so comfortable, welcome and relaxed. Dr. Fandle is one of the most knowledgeable Dentist I have ever been to, and he is very through in describing what procedure he is going to do. The same goes for all the staff that work on you. I cannot praise this practice enough - I love Dr. Fandel and the staff members that I've been in contact with. I started going here for my dental care several years ago. I recently tried a different place (only because of a new dental insurance plan) and ended up going back Concho Valley Family Dental for a second opinion. Thank God I did, because the other place was obviously trying to fleece me with a treatment plan that was completely unnecessary.
