The staff is kind, friendly, and caring. Dr. Carrillo is wonderful. He is very informative during the consultation about what will be going on, and during the procedure he asks if you’re ok.
The doctor, staff and care was exceptional. The procedure was explained to me in detail and they were concerned about my fears and if I was in pain. They are a friendly team of people.
Dr. Carrillo and his staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease. I was presented with a short video that illustrated the root canal procedure and what to expect. All went well with practically no pain at all. I will recommend Dr. Carrillo to my family and friends
The staff and Dr. Scherer were very friendly and professional. I was very comfortable and was kept informed about the procedure. Visit was very pleasant and would highly recommend them.
Dr. S beret, Tori, Lindsey, Mariecel, and Sheila were all great. Sheila is manager of the year.
The staff was very friendly and Dr.Scherer explained everything to me in great detail and also put my fears to ease. Sheyla the office manager let Tori the assistant who would be working with Dr.Scherer, know that I was very nervous and Tori helped calm me down before my procedure. Sheyla is so sweet and Dr.Scherer did a great job, as well as everyone else!
