While my in-house experience was great and my hygienist and the dr were super sweet, the billing and front office staff does not know what they are doing, I told them it had been a little over 6 months since I just had a baby that I’ve had my teeth cleaned, they looked at my insurance, my coverage and all that was needed and was covered, !
