It took until June 6, 2025 to finally get my glasses and when I went in to pick up my glasses, I even called ahead of time to let them know I was coming to pick up my glasses and the woman in there locked me out before closing time and I had to bang on the door for her to let me in just so she could hand me my glasses. Please think twice before going here. Beware of the “30 day follow up period”. If you have any issues after your “finalized prescription” and during that timeframe, you have to come back in for a new examination and another fee. Of note the contract says 60 days and I had to fight for a free exam within that time frame. Explanation on the front to the customer would be beneficial. Rant: Purchased glasses, not cheap had them a couple of months and they broke returned to be repaired, broke again this time brought them back and charged $25.00 to ship them to be repaired. Where is the year warranty???? If they break a few more times in the year and have to pay $25.00 each time then I am paying for the frame all over again, will go elsewhere next time
