Great experience, had a micro 2 sleep applience. Used CPAC for years and this works just as good with no hose. Much better. Dr. Chandra and her entire staff were great friendly and professional.
Their lack of billing follow-through is appalling. When they leave a voicemail stating that they are going to contact their 3rd party biller they blame the customer for not calling back, rather than following up with the customer on what they discovered. Additionally, they argue that a claim has not been denied when the customer is looking at the insurance website that says in large red letters "Denied" and an email from insurance that states they notified the provider.
