I have been here before and 2017 with Dr. Zaidi. I needed my wisdom teeth removed and I came in with my son (six years old at the time) for a consultation. He talked me into extracting the teeth- he said it would take about five minutes. After SIX HOURS of agonizing pain I was crying like a baby (and I have a strong pain tolerance) he finally removed ONE tooth. they are the worst. you know that Indian vet that's too rough with your cat?? well imagine that in your mouth
Would not recommend this office to anyone. THey lie about what services are necessary in order to bill you to pay for the new office building. Receptionists and office staff are incompetent, rude, and accuse patients of lying. I received unnecessary services that they expect me to pay for because the hygienist did not listen. The customer should always be right, but not here. I will not be returning.
Worst dentist I've ever been to. Heard them talking about another patient and saying how discusting his mouth is. The equipment in the room they had me in didn't work right so they kept moving me from area to area to find a drilling machine that worked right. Then when they found one. They started drilling the WRONG tooth. I just got up and left
