I was a work-in with a broken and infected tooth. Dr. Nick Britten saw me, explained everything as we went along, pulled my tooth and very kindly sent me on my way. He even called me in the evening to make sure I was ok and not having any problems. This is a tremendously caring practice. Everyone there is supportive and caring.
I love this office. The staff is not only competent, but friendly. They address you by name when you walk in. I love Dr. Britten and Jennifer, the hygienist, is great.
Friendly environment. Dental Hygienist was professional, compassionate and gentle. She explained everything she was doing and made me feel at ease.
Well, perhaps I was treated good only because my sister works at the office...nah, I'm sure the treatment is always good. It was neat to see my name on the welcome board at the front door, and they took me back right away, no long wait in the lobby. I went in for a discolored and aching tooth, which was long over due for a check up. After inspection a solution was conjured quickly...a root...
How could you not like this office. The staff is top notch, friendly and up to date. The upmost care is taked to see that you have a great experience from start to finish. I would not trust my teeth to just anybody. BUT, don't take my word on this - give then one visit, you might just switch. David McConnell
So nice of Leonard to call the night before my first appointment and introduce himself. Friendly greetings and staff introductions when I arrived. Very thorough exam. Leonard and Chris went over every tooth one by one and shared with me their assessment. So it was easy to agree on the next steps. It seems Ike I joined an additional family. Thank you so much!
