Great
Courteous staff, always thorough and caring. Explains thoroughly indicating what is necessary vs. not and why. Does not rush and answers questions. Highly recommend and always happy with Dr. Bijoor.
We were satisfied with the service provided for our daughter that took place in September, but amount of time it has taken to settle the payment is uncalled for (5 months). The follow up from the office has been terrible and I've had to call every couple weeks to stay on top of it and we still haven't received our reimbursement.
Excdllent visit my daughter wants to go. Back.
The staff are friendly and well trained for working with toddlers. My daughter was reluctant to go to the dentist, but this team is building her trust & she is doing better with each visit.
1-the crying kids were clearly heard in the waiting room and we both disturbed. 2-donya did not like to be given that orange soft ball to be taken away at the end. this giving and taking is not a good practice. she was asking me for one for the whole day. 3-donya complained that the doctor smelled. and she is right. her doctor had a bad mouth odor. i smelled her bad breath myself. ...
