I was seeing Doctor Galofre to have her evaluate a previous dentists work. It was a first time all exam-cleaning and x-rays for $75.00. The staff was amazing and supportive.( I DO NOT like dentists having had a very bad prior experience.). The Dr. had to give me some very bad news.about what another dentist had done to my teeth.Dr Galofre could have taken me to the cleaners. Dr. Galofre and her staff are great! I recently changed dentists and couldn't be happier with my decision. It starts when you first walk in the door. The office manage, Mark, greets everyone by their name upon entering. When your appointment is finished, he has everything ready to go and thanks you (genuinely) for your business. The hygienist is extremely professional and takes the time to share details on how to best care for your teeth based on your specific needs. Dr. Galofre is very thorough and careful in her work, communicative and kindly. She takes a genuine interest in her patients, and the atmosphere in the office is warm and friendly as a result. Her hygienist and other staff are also top-notch quality (the best), excellent at what they do. We appreciate the care that Dr. Galofre and her husband have put into the details of this practice too - for instance sending us texts and email reminders regarding upcoming appointments (after clarifying the kind of notification we prefer).... read more
Could not be happier with the outstanding dental care I received from Dr. Beatriz Galofre and her Assistant Robin. Had several fillings done and my dental treatment was painless and beautiful. My comfort and care was their main concern. The office staff is welcoming and efficient.
