I just had my wisdom teeth out on Thursday, it's Saturday and I am feeling pretty good. I was very nervous going in but both the staff and Dr. Chiafair made me feel very comfortable. They eased my nerves and didn't start the procedure until I felt relaxed. I am not very good with pain medicine and I was able to call Dr. Chiafair at 11:30pm and he answered within two rings to let me know that everything was okay and some next steps to ease the pain. BEWARE of this dental office!! I am a business woman and I work from home and am also a mom! Naturally my phone rings and I get texts. My phone beeped from text and rang! The dentist asked me to silence my phone! And then when it rang and having to answer, I excused myself and answered. The dentist told me that I had no appreciation for his time. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. The Dentist was rude and did not take time with me as a new client. The staff at front desk were rude as well they try to push people to schedule out their appt so that if you cannot make it or forget about it they can try and charge you $45 no show fee.
