Reached out 3 different times. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to hear from the insurance person.
My daughter got a filling here and she was crying that it hurt and the doctor argued that it didn’t hurt. Her lips were completely stretched out after the procedure and she developed infected mouth sores inside her mouth that she needed antibiotics for because she refused to eat anything for a week afterwards because of the pain. Don’t take your children here.

Unfortunately, sometimes the soft tissues can become irritated after certain extensive dental procedures. This is not a dentist office it's a used car lot and that's how they treat you. they are just out to run up your insurance. They try to convince you of gum disease that you don't have. I got a second opinion and found this out. Avoid this dentist and don't let them talk you into things you don't have wrong with you.

I am so disappointed to read this comment. As a dental hygienist of over 30 years, when we saw you as a new patient, we gathered information including xrays and full mouth probing (gum measurements). Dr. Lu recommended treatment based on that information. At that time, you refused the recommended treatment and said that you wanted a second opinion from a dentist in Greensboro. Was not happy today did a bone graph when pulled tooth to find out after (estimate was Messed up) insurance won’t cover none of implant so paid 175.00 for nothing.... if what have been explained exactly what the bone graph was and the cost i would be paying for implant I wouldn’t have done it�
