They are usually right on time. This time there was a delay, but they let me know right away and it wasn't long. Everyone there knows their job well, they are friendly and understanding and seem to work well together as a team. Julie, the hygienist, who I saw is exceptional in every way. Her concern, attention to detail, great personality.

This was my first visit to Arbor Dental. The receptionist was friendly and polite. The hygienist was also quite friendly. The Dentist was very nice, spoke in layman's terms so you could understand what he was talking about. I had to find a new Dental office since my last Dentist is no longer in practice. They made it a easy decision on making this my new Dental office.

I am real nervous in any office and have meds for that but after going to your Dentist office, you made me feel comfortable, calm, Happy and the staff is Amazing. Hope this helps

Just before my scheduled cleaning and exam I had a cap come loose that I had got from a different dentist. I took the cap with me to my appointment in hopes that it could be saved. After the exam the tooth was cleaned up and the cap was reinstalled which extended my chair time past my appointment. This saved me from having another appointment, money, and less time with a hole in my smile.I have always had great service here but this was the extra mile.

I had good visit today in Longview office. I had been going to Vancouver for awhile due to a dentist at the Longview office, but that man is no longer there and you have new dentists. The young man today was wonderful and very personable and cheerful. I am very happy to return to Longview office for my dental and no longer feel the need to go to Vancouver. Kudos to you for hiring the dentist who worked on me today :-)
