I arrived a few minutes early but was taken right in. And, my cleaning was very thorough and pain-free. I was always asked if I was doing OK. This may sound strange, but I always enjoy my time here. Dr. Amanda Crumpton is the bestest dentist in all thee world. Her staff is so friendly, it is like dropping in on family. I have been using Dr. Crumpton for all of my family's dental needs, young children included, since 2005. Her staff is great with cleanings, the front deal is always polite and accommodating, and Dr. Crumpton is excellent to work with. When having more complicated work, she always keeps me informed on what everything is for, and what she is doing, because she knows I'll ask. Amazing service and always on time which is often difficult in a docto'rs office with people showing up at different times, some people requiring more time than the allotted etc. I have never felt rushed and the job is always thoroughly done. Shannon is the best. One of my friends has worked in this office and has told me that this is one of the offices that follows protocol well with the sterilization of equipment, which to me is really important with the implication that some offices may not be on task. Came in to have a filling checked. Amanda took the time to see me promptly and offered to replace my filling, saving me a return trip. Dr.Crumpton has been my dentist for years.
