You all should be ashamed of yourself to have an employee verbally shame a nursing mother is ridiculous then turn down her appointment because u claim she had the kids I've never heard of such a thing u guys r horrible I would never go here nor recommend anyone to go either I changed the number of stars because the owner quickly spoke to staff on how to deal with these situations more appropriately
Clearly the front desk staff needs to be trained on how to treat the patients. To publicly shame patients in the waiting room is unprofessional. I will certainly be choosing a different office the next time I need dental care. Edited due to owner's quick and personal response.
