Why make an appointment if I have to sit in your office for an hr before I'm seen? The dentist is awesome and the staff are polite but the service needs to be looked at. Don't be greedy. Don't double book. Respect people's time and understand that they have things to do. Be professional about it. Honor appointments! #ihatewaiting
RecommendedYou all should be ashamed of yourself to have an employee verbally shame a nursing mother is ridiculous then turn down her appointment because u claim she had the kids I've never heard of such a thing u guys r horrible I would never go here nor recommend anyone to go either I changed the number of stars because the owner quickly spoke to staff on how to deal with these situations more appropriately
