Two weeks ago today i walked into Dr. Santin's office 'green' location to have 2 teeth extracted , 1 being a wisdom and a molar, i was extremely nervous but knew it had to be done..I could not be anymore satisfied with how well they all made me feel , from the staff , the assistants and Dr. Santin himself. I had to get two wisdom teeth out. Dr Santin and his staff were so kind, accommodating, and informative. I first called on a Monday, got in the same day for a consultation, and had surgery that Friday. I was VERY nervous on Friday going in but the procedure went great and Dr Santin gave a follow-up call that night. My mom had to call back after hours with a couple questions and the answering service transferred her to him, service and care I've never had from a doctor ever. Would definitely rec
MY 18 year old daughter had to go to the consultation by herself today. The staff was extremely patient and kind with this new adult and calmed her anxiety and walked her through everything from registration to explanation of procedures. Thank you all so much. For a single mom who can't take off work it was soothing to my worried soul ?
We went to Dr. Santin for a second opinion (in regards to a procedure my 6-year old son had to have) after a bad, scary experience with another oral surgeon . Dr. Santin made us feel comfortable and was very reassuring. He and his staff were willing to address all of our questions and concerns. My son's surgery went just as they said it would, and we were beyond grateful for their compassion and professionalism! Thank you, Dr. Santin, Kelly, and all the wonderful staff!
Won't be getting my business, charged 160 just for a consultation!?! Rip off
I went in to have a procedure (A) done. Dr. Santin then recommended I have another procedure (B) done as well. The nurse and the Dr both made it sound like procedure B would be painless and have a fast recovery so I said yes. That was a mistake! Procedure A was what I expected but the procedure (B) they recommended has been awful! It has not been a fast recovery and not even sure it was necessary since my dentist has never mentioned it was needed. I can't eat or talk it's been over a month. This oral surgeon does not care if he ruins your life. Two words. Nerve damage. I now have to be off work, since I can't do my job. Also I am in extreme pain. I was told the procedure would be simple, and now I'm suffering daily with every day Life.
Absolutely intelligent, exeprienced, and caring doctor! Only negative side, is he is very busy, and long waiting times on day of appointments, but does not wait long for surgery. I would highly recommend him for wisdom teeth removal!
It is definitely a nightmare to see this doctor. His staff are rude and ridiculous. When you have any questions or concerns, they always say no. Avoid this money-sucker. They ask me to pay full price first, otherwise they will send my information to collection company, even after my insurance company has confirmed my eligibility and I have paid my portion of the bill. Evil person ever!!!
