The best dental office I’ve ever experienced. My teeth are Joker level horrible and the whole office has been nothing but compassionate and there for me every step of the process. It started out with an infected tooth going into my nasal cavity that needed immediate extraction and then they managed to melt down all my teeth anxiety and now we’re almost at the home stretch of partials, just need a few root canals on the anchor teeth. I had my routine cleaning done today. It was a great experience from the time I checked in to when I left. Things were a little different this visit because of Covid, but I felt so calm in there because I could tell that they were taking every precaution to keep their patients and themselves safe. With all the rules they’ve had to follow recently (and there are a lot!), they’re doing a FANTASTIC job!
The doctors and staff are AMAZING!!! They did all the work they were supposed to do in 2 visits in 1 visit. My daughter was never in pain. Dr. Young and Holly were her extraction team. Couldn't have asked for a better team and staff. Can't wait to see Dr. Peng again on May 9th!!!!
Words cannot express enough how different this group of professionals are. They are SO MUCH MORE. I am a new patient as of this past week. I have never met a group in a practice that was so sincerely caring, understanding, and empathetic. They were not about humiliating me or judging me. I honestly couldn't feel more blessed. AMAZING PLACE!! Dr. Peng and the rest of the staff (absolutely everyone) are second to none. They will bend over backwards to make you comfortable, happy, and give you the best dental treatment available. Totally friendly and non-judgemental environment. I can not say enough good about this place. I've been going there since they opened like 7or 8 years ago and have never had an uncomfortable experience.
